I work at the intersection of law, policy, and emerging technology, helping organizations navigate emerging requirements across jurisdictions and understand how regulation intersects with technical capability, risk, and strategy.

My work spans EU, UK, and US AI frameworks, bringing legal precision, technical fluency, and strategic perspective to questions that traditional law was never designed to answer.

I advocate for public-good approaches to AI, including open-source development, safety, transparency, and digital sovereignty.

Alongside my legal and policy work, I create speculative legal art (Sentient Statute - through which I am exploring the future of law beyond “text”, as digitally embodied “civic companions”), design futures-oriented workshops and residencies (AGI Social Contract, Network Nations, Planet Health etc.) and lead The Decentralised Cult of Quantum Listening, a multidisciplinary collective exploring attention and possibility (See also: Re:Sound Residency + Re:Sound Councert).
